How do we teach gymnastics at Astro Gymnastics Center?​

At Astro Gymnastics Center, we pride ourselves on our exceptional approach to teaching gymnastics. Our diverse range of classes caters to beginners as well as advanced students, starting from the age of 18 months. What sets us apart from other gyms is our commitment to smaller class sizes, with a maximum of 7 participants per class. This ensures that each student receives ample attention, high-quality instruction, and ensures their safety.

Our year-round recreational gymnastics program is now offered on a month-to-month basis, with evaluations every 8 weeks. This new structure allows us to provide improved learning and a better teaching experience. At the end of each evaluation period, we provide a comprehensive written evaluation to parents, detailing the skills their child has learned and areas for further improvement. Our goal is to ensure that each child remains in the appropriate program and class, enabling them to progress at their own pace alongside their classmates.

We strive to create an environment where children can thrive, learn, and have fun. Our dedicated coaches work closely with each student, fostering their love for gymnastics while helping them develop fundamental skills, coordination, strength, and flexibility. With our personalized approach, we empower every child to improve and achieve their gymnastics goals while enjoying the journey.
